If your dog enjoys a cozy spot of its own to relax in, it’d be a great fit! If your dog is a bit more rambunctious, a known chewer, and/or fearful of being crated - it may not be the best option for them.

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Fable will replace, at no charge, products or parts of the Crate that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

The Warranty Period for the Crate purchased from Fable is one (1) year from the date of purchase. A replacement Crate or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original item or one year from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by: conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship. What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. You can reach our support team via email at help@fablepets.mom. Please include your order number and photos of the defect.

It should only take you about 20 minutes or so to assemble the crate. An allen wrench, screws, and instruction manual will be provided.

The bed is filled with shredded and crushed memory foam - the same filling used by many of your favorite human mattress brands.

If your dog enjoys an easy stroll around the block or a run in the park while staying at your side, this is the leash for them! Please keep in mind we do not recommend this leash for dogs that are prone to pulling and/or chewing.

The Puffin™ Game is suitable for most sizes of kibble. Smaller snacks will be easier and larger sizes will be more challenging. We recommend food and treats ~3⁄4 of an inch in diameter. The top fins also accommodate spreadable treats (like peanut butter).

The Falcon Toy is suitable for hard treats, kibble, or spread treats (like peanut butter). To get hard treats, kibble, or spray treats out of the Falcon “arm”, your dog will need to chew and squeeze the end.
